Trusted Hub began with a single conviction — that an organisation should own and trust its own data. A quarter of a century later, that conviction has carried us from paper archives to Singapore's first sovereign, Evidence Act–compliant AI data foundry.
Built to adapt, never to depend.
Over the years, Trusted Hub has always kept itself adaptable. For most of our history we operated through three platforms — and each one was a quiet bet that organisations deserved better than the tools the market handed them.
Digitisation, Workflow and Exchange. We digitised content and extracted, classified and reorganised information with machine processing for speed and reliability. We ran agile, end-to-end multi-user work on a business-rules engine — National Digital Identity–ready for security and efficiency. And we connected entire sectors through smart, seamless, deeply integrated digital collaboration.
That trio served the economy of its time and produced services no one else dared to build — like MedEX, an idea born entirely inside Trusted Hub that closed the gap between insurance and healthcare. But as society's needs grew, so did we. Very early on, we foresaw the monumental shift that Artificial Intelligence would bring, and began fortifying ourselves against it while working to envision the future.

MedEX matches doctors and patients with a smart algorithm, orchestrating the medical examinations insurers need before a claim can be underwritten — scheduling appointments, anticipating needs and securely transferring reports. Built on Trusted Hub's commitment to security: only relevant data is shared, and an OTP to the patient's phone unlocks their report. Deployed across 20 Healthway clinics with Aviva Singlife.
A refusal to depend. We spent years developing our own engines to power our own services — ensuring we would never be reliant on conglomerates like OpenAI. Today we're pushing further still, building our own inference cluster on open-source models. This is how we shifted to the working models we run now: Trusted Data, Knowledge, Action and UniVerse.
And a refusal to extract. We strive toward a meritocratic workplace — schemes like our in-house Power Pay System give every operator clear performance targets and full, real-time transparency over their own assessment and career. The same conviction that shaped our platforms shapes how we treat our people.
